What information do we collect?

Our contact form collects your name, email address, company name if provided, the subject you select, and your message. For complaints, you can leave your name and email address blank. If you reach the form from a product page, the product you are asking about may also be included in your message.

To protect the form from misuse, we temporarily process your IP address and verification details. Technical connection records may be processed as part of the site's hosting.

Why do we process this information?

We use your information to respond to enquiries about products, quotations, and business opportunities under the legitimate interest ground in Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Correspondence concerning complaints or legal claims may be processed under Article 5(2)(e) where necessary to establish, exercise, or protect a right.

Technical connection data is used to prevent abusive or unwanted form submissions under Article 5(2)(f), legitimate interest. Submitting the form does not create a marketing email subscription.

How is it collected and who receives it?

We collect information electronically when you submit the form or connect to the website. Relevant members of our team handle your enquiry; our hosting provider may process connection details to operate the site.

To deliver your message to us, the form transfers its contents to our email service provider, Resend. Resend states that it stores message contents and delivery records in the United States. This transfer is subject to the international transfer requirements in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.

The website loads its fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects directly to Google's servers, which may receive technical information about that connection.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any applicable legal obligations. Temporary form verification records are kept for a limited time.
